Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I do not accept returns (full refund) of an item. BUT, I do accept size exchanges. If you receive your item and need a new size, please contact me within 5 days of receiving your item for exchange instructions. You pay for shipping the item back to me and I take care of the shipping cost to send you the new size. Items need to be shipped for a size exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
Custom orders are NOT exchangeable. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of custom work, I simply cannot accept these items back. If your shirt is damaged or defective in any way, please let me know as soon as possible so I can remedy it.
What is this whole Unisex thing? Unisex means that it can be worn by men or women. For women, it makes for a comfy fit rather than a sausage lining fit.
Fit is important to us, so we only sell shirts that we love.
Most of our shirts are printed professionally using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing which is environmentally friendly and long-lasting.
The prints are ink-based and form part of the garment rather than being printed on top, so the print feels soft and stretches with the shirt. And as long as you wash it normally the print will last as long as the garment.
DTG printing uses 100% biodegradable, water-based inks meeting the strictest industry standards.
We recommend that you machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors. Only non-chlorine bleach, when necessary. No fabric softeners. Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life. Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration. Do not dry clean.
Now, with that said, we've dried many of our shirts and they are just fine. But, to keep the print looking fabulous for the life of the garment we recommend drying on a low temperature.

- Express (1-3 business days)
You can choose your shipping option during checkout. Please, note that the Express is not available for P.O. Boxess.
Please, make sure that the address you provide is correct.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with you that the shipping address was correct. Get in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.
Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you say you haven't received it, we won't take responsibility and reship that order. We will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
